1Business hours/days only. For example, if you contact us after 5:00 pm on a Friday, the clock starts “ticking” at 9 am on Monday. In this example, a 36 hour turnaround means done by 9 pm on the following Tuesday. Maintenance may not be available on holidays or during our annual vacation.
